Made from an NOS part. Dull nickle plated. Cast steel, open backed, 3 1/4" diameter. 1927-1931 Harley-Davidson Twins.

Heat Treated 4140 Chromoly Steel to Rockwell 40C. Virtually indistinguishable from original. Heat Treated Lever and Bracket. Bracket has casting number 1280-28 on the bottom. GL5 (EL/UL era), GL4 (VL era) Clip, GL3 (VL era).

2235-30 TRANSMISSION SHIFT SHAFT SWIVEL BEARING - $45

Heat Treated 4140 Chromoly Steel to Rockwell 40C. Parkerized. Harley-Davidson, VL 74" and 80" Twins, 1930-1936

A heavily abused part that results in sloppy shifting. Correct 9/16" bore and 0.990" width.



2231-30 SHIFT TOWER FRAME BRACKET - $40

Heat Treated 4140 Chromoly Steel to Rockwell 40C. Parkerized. The 3/8" bore for the shaft of 2235-30 are often badly worn, along with the width of the bore. Sloppy shifting results.

Type 1 is for the bikes using the Mesinger half seat pan. Spring steel plates for the rear cross bar. 1930-1933, 74" & 80" Twins.

Type 2 is for the bikes using the full seat pan. Spring steel plates for the rear cross bar. 1934-1936, 74" & 80" Twins.



3103-29 - UPPER SEAT BAR PLATE (6 hole shown, or 4 hole)- $30

Spring steel plates for the rear cross bar, 0.125" thick. Black color results from the heat treating process. Easily removed by blasting. Will eventually make the earlier 4 hole version. 1929-1964, Big Twins & 45".

2653-32 FRONT FORK TRIPLE CLAMP - $120

Heat Treated 4140 Chromoly Steel to Rockwell 40C. The OEM part off of my 1936 VLD was used as a pattern for a new mold that was used to make this part. 1st mold had to be scrapped. Harley-Davidson, 45", 74", and 80" Twins, 1931-1936



2960-30 FOOTBRAKE LEVER STUD with 0129 nut- $15

Heat treated 4140 chromoly to Rockwell 40C. 0.5615" OD. Harley-Davidson, VL 74" and 80" Twins, 1930-1936. 45" Twins, 1932-1938.



2956-30 FOOTBRAKE LEVER - $95

Cadmium plated. Note crisp footpedal serations on top photo. These are usually heavily worn and are difficult to repair. Machined 0.5625" for a 0.5615" pin, see above, as per original. Harley-Davidson, VL 74" and 80" Twins, 1930-1936

2606-30RL - FRONT FORK LEG REPLACEMENT ROCKER LUG - $40 each

Correct 0.320" thickness at axle hole. 1930-1936, 74" & 80" Twins.

Front Fork Legs often need the tubing replaced. If the lower lugs are damaged or pitted, these allow for an easy repair. Reamed 7/8" hole for a snug tubing fit. 4140 chromoly is easily welded or brazed.

Shown is an original cast iron part attached to a HENDERSON clutch pedal. Mine will be 4140 Chromoly and not plated. These will be offered to fit JD, VL, EL, UL, Henderson, & Super X clutch pedals. EL, UL, Henderson, & Super X brake pedals.



FOOTPAD - STEEL - $30 plain, $45 dull nickel plated, MADE IN USA

Shown are both Footpads attached to a VL clutch pedal. Mine are 4140 Chromoly and have 2 each 1/4-20 set screws. Originals were grey iron with 1 set screw. Aluminum won't work. Set screws would loosen or strip, off comes the Footpad. These will fit JD, VL, EL, & UL clutch pedals, front and rear. EL and UL brake pedals.

Fork Shield tab available and easily welded on. This is the later, heavier version. 1931-1936, 74" & 80" Twins.
