4149-28, Harley-Davidson, 1928-1940.
Virtually indistinguishable from original. Heat Treated 4140 Chromoly to Rockwell 40C,
Lever and Bracket.
Bracket has casting number 1280-28 on the bottom. GL5 (EL/UL era) or GL4 (VL era) Clip.
4149-28C Chrome Plated Lever, $181. Chrome Lever available 03/2011.
4149-28 Parkerized Lever, $146.
4153-28, Harley-Davidson, 1928-1940, Bracket Clip.
GL5 (EL/UL era) & GL4 (VL era) in raised letters/numbers as per originals.

2426-36 type 1 - CLUTCH ARM - $150
Two tapered rod holes. EL & U, 1936-1937. Cadmium plated. Heat treated 4140 chromoly to Rockwell 40C.
Broached 0.500" square hole.
2426-36 type 2 - CLUTCH ARM - $150
One tapered rod hole. EL & UL, 1938-1940. Parkerized. Has welded lug.
Heat treated 4140 chromoly to Rockwell 40C.

3105-36T1 - SEAT BAR, Type 1 - $170 with bronze bushing
1 clevis pin hole, 1 clevis pin stud on each side,7/16" OD bronze clevis pin bushing.
1936 61" and early 1937 Big Twins.
3105-36T2 - SEAT BAR, Type 2 - $180 with COLONY Steel Double Bushings
1 clevis pin hole, 1 clevis pin stud on each side, large double clevis pin bushings.
Later 1937 Big Twins.
3105-36T3 - SEAT BAR, Type 3 - $180 with COLONY Steel Double Bushings
2 clevis pin holes, 2 clevis pin studs on each side,large double clevis pin bushings.
Grease fitting on top. 1938-1940 Big Twins and 45".
3105-36T4 - SEAT BAR, Type 4 - $180 with COLONY Steel Double Bushings
Raised XE-39, on top, and DIF foundry mark, on bottom. 2 clevis pin holes, 2 clevis pin studs on each side,large double clevis pin bushings.
Same as type 3 but with grease fitting on bottom and 9/16" counterbore to allow grease fitting to seal flat.
1941-1950's Big Twins and 45".
3103-29 - UPPER SEAT BAR PLATE (6 hole shown, or 4 hole)- $30
3103-29S - LOWER SEAT BAR PLATE- $20
Spring steel plates for the rear cross bar, 0.125" thick.
Black color results from the heat treating process. Easily removed by blasting.

Open backed, 2 3/4" X 4". All letters in relief.
Offered by Linkert in the 1930's and 1940's.

BODY HAMMER - $115, out of stock
Use to remove dents from gas tanks. Tool weighs 4 pounds.
Egg shaped end and 3/4" shaft are heat treated 4140 chromoly.
Original forged tool found at an old harley shop that went out of business in 1970.
Hold BODY HAMMER in a vise. Leaves hands free to rotate tank and knock out dents.
FOOTPAD - STEEL - $30 plain, $45 dull nickel plated, MADE IN USA
Shown are both Footpads attached to an EL clutch pedal.
Mine are 4140 Chromoly and have 2 each 1/4-20 set screws.
Originals were grey iron with 1 set screw.
Aluminum won't work. Set screws would loosen or strip, off comes the Footpad.
These will fit JD, VL, EL, & UL clutch pedals, front and rear.
Also, EL and UL brake pedals.
